Columbia Ventures-owned Hibernia Networks hires chief commercial officer

Hibernia Networks, which is owned by Columbia Ventures Corp. and funds managed by Constellation Growth Capital, has named Omar Altaji as chief commercial officer. The appointment is effective immediately. Altaji is the founder of Pangaea Technology Advisors. Hibernia Networks is a provider of global telecommunications services.
