Cominar closes $272 mln buy of shopping mall from Ivanhoé Cambridge
Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: CUF.UN) has closed its previously announced purchase of Centre Rockland from Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate investment arm of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. The acquisition price was around $271.7 million. Centre Rockland is a 649,174 square-foot shopping mall located in the Town of Mount-Royal, Québec.
