Commercial real estate lender CRE Simple snags funding
San Francisco-based CRE Simple Inc, a commercial real estate lender, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding. Grand Ventures and Fin Venture Capital led the round with participation from other investors that included Darkknight Ventures, Sandolphon Capital and Duke Angel Network.
