Constellation and DermTech merge
Constellation Alpha Capital Corp, a blank check company and DermTech, a provider of genomic analysis of skin samples, have completed their previously announced merger. Participating investors included RTW Investments, HLM Venture Partners, Irwin and Gary Jacobs and the founding family of Qualcomm Inc. Cowen and Company LLC served as financial and capital markets adviser on the transaction. The newly combined company will be trading August 30, 2019 on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbols "DMTK" and "DMTKW," respectively.
