ConvergeOne buys Mountain States Networking

ConvergeOne, a Clearlake Capital Group portfolio company, said Wednesday it has acquired Mountain States Networking. Financial terms weren’t announced. With offices in Portland, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Utah and Meridian, Idaho, Mountain States provides network solutions in the Western United States.
