Credit Suisse forms Directs & Co-Investments Group

The Private Fund Group of Credit Suisse Asset Management has formed a directs & co-investments group. The unit will advise and assist PFG clients in the structuring and placement of private direct investments into the institutional investor market. Paul Van Hook, a managing director, will lead the group. Imran Hameed has also joined the group as a director. Hameed was previously with Mercury Capital Advisors.
