Cross River Bank attracts $28 mln

Fort Lee, New Jersey-based Cross River Bank, a financial services company, has closed $28 in funding. Battery Ventures led the round with participation from Andreessen Horowitz and Ribbit Capital. In addition to the funding, Scott Tobin, a general partner at Battery Ventures, has been added to Cross River's board of directors.
