CrowdGather Buys Adisn

CrowdGather (OTCBB: CRWG) has acquired Adisn Inc., a Long Beach, Calif.-based online ad network, for $5.5 million in stock. Adisn had raised over $1 million in VC funding from Battery Ventures and MHS Capital.
