CryptoNumerics gathers $2.5 mln seed
Toronto-based CryptoNumerics, an enterprise software company, has raised $2.5 million in seed financing. The lead investor was 11.2 Capital. Lux Capital also participated in the round. In conjunction with the funding, Shelley Zhuang, a founder and managing partner at 11.2 Capital, has been added to CryptoNumerics' board of directors.
