Cybersecurity firm Blackpoint takes in $6 mln
Maryland-based Blackpoint, a cybersecurity company, has raised $6 million in funding. Adelphi Capital and Telcom Ventures led the round with participation from Maryland Venture Fund. Matt Gora and Jay Buchanan from DLA Piper provided counsel to Blackpoint on the transaction.
