Cybersecurity firm Expel snags $40 mln Series C
Herndon, Virginia-based Expel, a cybersecurity firm, has secured $40 million in Series C funding. Index Ventures led the round with participation from Battery Ventures, Greycroft, NEA, Paladin Capital Group and Scale Venture Partners. In addition to the funding, Shardul Shah, a partner at Index Ventures, will join Expel’s board of directors.
