Cymbet raised $10 mln

Island Shore Investments led a $10 million-plus investment in Cymbet Corp., which has been recapitalized and restructured. The announced financing is the first part of a two-part funding round. The second portion, totaling $5-7 million, is to be completed in the first half of 2016. Lubbock, Texas-based Cymbet provides solid state energy storage technology.
