Jack Rivkin, CEO and chief investment strategist of investment research firm Altegris, has died, the firm announced on November 9, 2016. The cause was cancer. Rivkin first joined Altegris in December 2013. His work background included serving as the chief investment officer and head of private asset management at Neuberger Berman. He was also an executive adviser with Aquiline Capital Partners. Martin Beaulieu will replace Rivkin as CEO in addition to his responsibility as executive chairman, effective immediately.
