The firm also promoted Eskil Koffeld to investment manager and Kristoffer Stensholt Feet to associate. In addition, Niclas Thiel was hired as an investment director and Simon Larsson was hired as an associate.

Trinity Ventures hired Schwark Satyavolu as a general partner focused on the financial technology sector. Satyavolu will join the firm next month from LifeLock, where he was executive vice president. Previously, he co-founded Yodlee Inc and worked as chief executive officer of Truaxis Inc, a Trinity portfolio company.

Pertz joined the firm’s Newport Beach, California office in 2013. He previously was an associate at HM Capital.

Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP) has promoted Bogdan Cenanovic and Michael Murray to vice president. Cenanovic will lead Ontario Teachers' direct private equity investments in the technology, media and telecom sector, while Murray will lead direct private equity investments in the financial services sector. Cenanovic, previously a principal at TorQuest Partners, joined the Toronto-based pension fund manager in 2009. Murray, formerly a consultant at Bain & Co, came on-board in 2005. Ontario Teachers also promoted Dale Burgess to vice president responsible for Latin American infrastructure.

New Mountain Capital LLC hired Teddy Kaplan as a managing director. Kaplan will head New Mountain’s efforts to add net lease real estate to the firm’s existing range of credit and yield offerings. Previously Kaplan was a managing director in the net lease real estate group of Angelo, Gordon & Co.
