Metalmark Capital said Aug. 5 that it sold Collagen Matrix Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Linden Capital Partners said Aug. 1 that it acquired Collagen, which develops and makes collagen and mineral-based products for tissue repair and regeneration.

IVX Health pulls in $22.5 mln

Infusion Express, an operator of ambulatory infusion centers, has secured $22.5 million in funding. McKesson Ventures and Health Velocity Capital led the round with participation from Nueterra Capital and CrimsoNox Capital. Also, Infusion Express will rebrand as IVX Health.

Formation Capital and Safanad Limited said Aug. 5 that they sold the parent company of RHA Health Services LLC to Blue Wolf Capital. Financial terms weren’t announced. RHA provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs and substance use challenges.

Apposite-backed Riverdale Healthcare buys two U.K. dental practices

Riverdale Healthcare, a portfolio company of Apposite Capital, has acquired Hebburn Dental Practice and Pelaw Dental Practices. Financial terms weren’t announced. The acquisition consists of two mixed income dental practices in the U.K.

Metalmark’s Collagen Matrix goes to Linden in ~$425 mln deal

William Blair advised Linden, while Golub Capital and Northwestern Mutual provided debt financing for the transaction.
