Demand Media Invests In CoverItLive
CoverItLive, a Toronto-based provider of live social event software, has received an undisclosed amount of minority equity funding from Demand Media, a Santa Monica, Calif.-based provider of distributed social media. Demand Media backers include 3i, Goldman Sachs, Generation Capital Partners, Oak Investment Partners and Spectrum Equity Investors.
