Diapers.com Adds $20 Million
Quidsi Inc., the Montclair, N.J.-based parent company of Diapers.com, has raised $20 million in mezzanine debt funding led by Pinnacle Ventures. The company last October raised a $30 million in Series E round led by New Enterprise Associates, with participation by return backers Accel Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners and MentorTech Ventures.
