Digital media execs launch Kelly Newman Ventures

Mike Kelly and Tom Newman have launched Kelly Newman Ventures, an adviser and investment firm. KNV will focus on media and tech companies. Previously, Kelly was was an investor and chairman of the board of Unruly, which was acquired by News Corp while Newman is a former president of President of Interactive One and ex-head of strategy for AOL Media Networks.
