Doughty Hanson to sell stake in LW Wind Power to GE

Doughty Hanson has agreed to sell its stake in LM Wind Power, a maker of wind blades, to GE for an enterprise value of 1.5 billion euros. The deal is expected to close in the first half of next year. HSBC advised Doughty Hanson on the transaction.
