eBay Completes Zong Deal
eBay has completed its $240 million acquisition of Zong, the mobile carrier billing firm. Zong is now part of eBay's PayPal division. Before the acquisition, first announced earlier this summer, Zong was based in Menlo Park, Calif. Zong received venture financing from Matrix Partners, Advent Venture Partners and Newbury Ventures.
