Egeria to exit Mirror Controls

Flextronics said Wednesday it agreed to acquire Mirror Controls International from Egeria in a deal valued at €457 million (US$494 million). Mirror Controls, of Woerden, the Netherlands, makes glass and powerfold mirror actuators for the automotive market.
