EIG-backed Harbour Energy completes acquisition of ConocoPhillips' U.K. oil and gas business

Harbour Energy, backed by EIG Global Energy Partners, completed the acquisition of ConocoPhillips’ U.K. oil and gas business for about $2.6 billion. The deal also includes an interest in Clair Field in the West of Shetlands. The deal was made through Harbour's North Sea subsidiary Chrysaor Holdings.
