Electric bus maker Proterra snags $10 mln - Fortune

Fortune reported that Proterra has closed more than $10 million in Series C funding. This amount brings its total round to around $34.2 million. Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Proterra is a maker of electric buses. Its backers include Hennessey Capital Management, NMT Capital, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and GM Ventures.
