Elon Musk’s SolarCity Files for $201M I.P.O.
Solar panel installer SolarCity Corp. filed with U.S. regulators to raise up to $201 million in an initial public offering that could help rekindle investor appetite for cleantech stocks, Reuters reported over the weekend. SolarCity investors include Draper Fisher Jurvetson, DBL Investors, Mayfield Fund, Shea Ventures and Valor Equity Partners.
