EnCap-backed Silverback names Alley as CFO
San Antonio, Texas-based Silverback, an oil and gas exploration company, has hired Matthew Alley as chief financial officer. Previously, Alley worked at Palomar Natural Resources where he was CFO and president of finance. Silverback is backed by EnCap Investments LP.
