Enlink Midstream buys Delaware Basin

EnLink Midstream said Tuesday that it has agreed to buy the Delaware Basin from Matador Resources Co. for about $143 million. The Delaware Basin, located in Loving County, Texas, has assets that include a cryogenic gas processing plant.
