EQT to sell HTL-Strefa SA

EQT said May 16 that it agreed to sell HTL-Strefa SA to Investindustrial. Financial terms weren’t announced. HTL-Strefa, of Ozorków, Poland, is a medical device company. EQT was advised by J.P. Morgan, Kirkland & Ellis and EY.
