Equis Funds Group Closes Fund with $647M

Equis Funds Group has closes its first fund, Equis Asia Fund I, with $647 million, exceeding the firm’s $500 million target. The firm focuses on Asian energy and infrastructure deals, and has already made two investments, in a Southeast Asian solar generation platform and a hydroelectric generation platform in India.
