Equistone-backed Gala Kerzen buys Ramesh Flowers

Gala Kerzen, which is backed by Equistone Partners, said Feb. 28 that it is buying a majority of Ramesh Flowers. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ramesh Flowers, of Tuticorin, India, makes and exports potpourri, air fresheners, incense sticks, candles and decorative products.
