Equity Risk Partners adds Healthcare Risk unit

Equity Risk Partners has added a new unit, Healthcare Risk, aimed at services for private equity firms in the health care industry. Eleven of the firm’s 52 employees are now assigned to Healthcare Risk, led by Scott Pachtman, vice president and including new hire Mike Cardenas, vice president, who previously worked in the medical professional liability unit at Allied World Assurance Co.
