Esterline sells Pacific Aerospace & Electronics to ShoreView

Esterline Corp. said Monday that it has sold its Pacific Aerospace & Electronics unit to ShoreView Industries. Financial terms weren’t announced. Wenatchee, Washington-based Pacific Aerospace produces electronics packaging and connector products as well as machining and sealing processes to protect equipment in the defense, medical, oil & gas and other industrial markets.
