Eureka Acquires Publishing Business from Thomson Reuters

Eureka Growth Capital has acquired the Law School Publishing business of Thomson Reuters through its newly-formed affiliate, West Academic Publishing. Eureka partnered with the senior management team of LSP to acquire the provider of higher education learning materials for the law school market. West Academic Publishing represents Eureka's second platform investment in Eureka III LP.
