Excellere Partners closes $194 mln sale of U.S. Water Services

Excellere Partners has closed its sale of U.S. Water Services to Allete. The enterprise value of the deal, which was announced in January, was $194 million. St. Michael, Minnesota-based U.S. Water provides water treatment services.
