Exegistics buys Versant Supply's Indianapolis staffing unit

Exegistics said Aug. 27 that it acquired the Indianapolis staffing operation of Versant Supply Chain. Financial terms weren’t announced. Versant is a portfolio company of Hyde Park Holdings. Versant’s staffing operation provides recruiting, screening, and testing processes.
