ExplORer Surgical gathers $3 mln Series A
ExplORer Surgical, a platform for intraoperative surgical and interventional procedure workflow management and analytics, has raised $3 million in Series A financing. Aphelion Capital led the round with participation from other investors that included Elliott Management, the University of Chicago, M25 Group and the Harvard Business School Angels of Chicago. In conjunction with the financing, Ned Scheetz, Anne Sissel, Immanuel Thangaraj and Kurt Azarbarzin have been added to ExplORer Surgical's board of directors.
