ExteNet Systems to buy Hudson Fiber Network

ExteNet Systems Inc has agreed to buy Hudson Fiber Network, a portfolio company of Tiger Infrastructure Partners. Financial terms weren’t announced. Hudson Fiber, of Paramus, New Jersey, is data transport provider with a metro fiber network in the greater New York City area. ExteNet is backed by Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and Digital Bridge Holdings. Q Advisors LLC and Lowenstein Sandler LLP advised Hudson Fiber.
