ezCater, an online marketplace for finding and booking caterers, has raised $630,000 in seed financing. Investors include Spinnaker Trust; individual investors Jill Preotle, Mike Masterson and Ed Belove; and members of the Walnut Venture Associates. ezCater combines reviews and ratings with the ability to order online from local caterers. The company is based in Boston.
