Facebook acquires VC-backed ProtoGeo Oy
According to a blog post on its site, ProtoGeo Oy, developer of the Moves app, which focuses on helping people run a clean activity diary, has been acquired by Facebook. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Helsinki, Finland, ProtoGeo was seeded by Lifeline Ventures, PROfounders, AJP Holding, Juha Lindfors, Jyri Engeström and Tekes.
