Fernandez Named CFO of ForgeRock

ForgeRock said Tuesday that John Fernandez was named CFO, while Jamie Dudley was appointed senior VP of sales. And, Neil Weston was named ForgeRock's senior VP of sales, international. Before joining ForgeRock, Fernandez was SVP of finance at Rearden Commerce, while Dudley most recently ran worldwide sales operations at Boundary and Nimsoft. Weston previously was SVP of Nuance Communications. In April, ForgeRock, an open platform provider of identity and access management solutions, closed a $15 million Series B round led by Foundation Capital.
