Fibra Marquarie sells industrial assets for $80 mln
Fibra Marquarie, an owner of industrial and retail property in Mexico, has sold 35 non-strategic industrial assets for $80 million. The buyer has not been identified. The transaction includes properties located in Mexico’s northern markets of Matamoros, Reynosa, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexicali and Tijuana.
