File-sharing platform Egnyte closes $29.5 mln in Series D funds
Egnyte said Wednesday that it has raised $29.5 million in Series D funding. Investors included Northgate Capital Group, Seagate Technology, CenturyLink, Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Polaris Partners. Headquartered in Mountain View, Calif., Egnyte is an enterprise file-sharing platform.
