Firebolt Ventures targets $50 mln for third fund

Firebolt Ventures is seeking to raise $50 million for a third fund, according to an SEC filing. The Silicon Valley-based venture makes early-stage and seed-stage investments in the following sectors: digital media, mobile, software, e-commerce and information technology.
