Five Arrows Principal Investments said that its second European lower mid-market private equity fund closed at 775 million Euros ($868.56 million). New investors of Five Arrows Principal Investments II included blue-chip institutions and major family offices around the globe. Five Arrows Principal Investments is the corporate private equity business of Rothschild Merchant Banking. The fund invests in sectors including healthcare, software & technology services, business services as well as education.
