Five Point Energy raises $750m

The private equity investment firm changes its name but continues to pursue midstream investments.

Five Point Energy (formerly Five Point Capital Partners) has held a final close for Five Point Energy Fund II at its $750 million hard-cap, surpassing its target of $650 million. The fund will continue to pursue the firm’s strategy of supporting and building world-class midstream businesses.
