Flour Corp. to buy Stork Holding for $755 mln

Flour Corp. said Monday that it has agreed to buy Stork Holding B.V. from Arle Capital for $755 million. Stork, of the Netherlands, provides maintenance, modification and asset integrity services for large existing industrial facilities in the oil and gas, chemicals, petrochemicals, industrial and power markets.
