FMC sells Colorado multifamily property
Four Mile Capital has sold Fort Collins, Colorado-based Argyle of Willow Springs, a 280-unit multifamily property. The buyer was not identified. FMC bought Argyle in September 2016 in a joint venture with MLG Capital for $51.25 million.
