According to an SEC filing, Folloze has raised $1.97 million in Series A funding. The targeted amount for the round is $3.5 million. No investors were identified in the Form D document. Headquartered in Palo Alto, Calif., Folloze, which is in stealth mode, is a company that seeks to "democratize content contribution and distribution in the enterprise."
