Frazier Healthcare Partners has promoted Philip Zaorski to vice president and hired Ryan Lucero, also as vice president. Zaorski joined the the firm in 2012 as an associate while Lucero previously worked at Kohlberg and Company where he focused on leveraged buyout and growth equity investments.
