French biopharmaceutical company Erytech files for IPO
Erytech Pharma, a French biopharmaceutical company, has filed for an IPO. The number of shares that will be sold as well as the stock's pricing terms have yet to be set. Erytech plans on listing the stock on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "ERYP." Jefferies and Cowen & Company are among the underwriters. Erytech's backers include Auriga Partners.
