Fried Frank adds Brinkworth to finance practice
International law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP has hired Stuart Brinkworth for its finance practice. Based in the firm's London office, Brinkworth's practice focuses on a number of specialized transactions that include private equity-backed leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, corporate mergers and acquisitions and recapitalizations. Previously, Brinkworth worked at Hogan Lovells where he served as a partner.
